this one was my child hoods favourite tune. ok its lifted and used shamelessly in Simhadri

complex subject--- simple treatment
My son who is studying 8th class raised three serious questions:
Q1:What is wiki leaks ?
Q2:Why Noble Prize was placed on a empty chair?
I explained him in many ways.
He felt confused and put up a serious face as if he was trying to understand the repressive measures by democratic and communist govt.
Not able to see his failure to understand i took up rather amusing way to solve his problem.
I)Ans for Q1:
I took him to my relatives house. There I left him for a while. Then I visited another relative X's home. There we talked about the previous relative. On our return I asked my son what he saw and felt. He asked me "Nana(dad) , why they are complaining against each other?" I asked him to wait for a while. After a hour my both my relatives came to our house.They talked in great spirits.
I thus spoke to my son: sampath( his name) now i am US govt . I know about both my relatives but play the card of innocence. They also play the same card when both are present. now there's a secret which i alone know. Now you also know that. If you want you can leak it. You will be despised by both of them. This is what wiki leaks doing. Leaking secrets.
My son seemed satisfied with my explanation.
II) The second answer was rather delivered by a teacher in his class.
Shyam his friend is not in the great looks of the teacher. He was always given punishment by that particular teacher. Yesterday he received a medal for his skill in sports. I( oh, i am sorry. i am the correspondent of the school) sent the medal to the class and as to give it to him. At that time Shyam was given a punishment to stand outside the class. The teacher could have called him in and should have made him happy. She simply put the medal near his bag. And proceeded with the class. My son was horrified and asked me why was it so? I simply connected it to the noble prize episode.
III) Then my son asked me the climax question: Why you answered same questions in different manner in the morning? All these happen in and around

------ but a bank with computers operate where the village elders don't even allow cell phones
------ a school for blind
------a national championship of kalari( this is great cinematic liberty)
----- and two love stories of mother & daughter
----- training modules aka karate kid
And i am unable to follow all these in one movie.
I am even unable to understand whether a simple story was presented in a complex way or too many complexities made simple

THE RGV REALITY
when I was 11 I used to sleep on the dhaba ( terrace ). starring at the stars and their small size ( my social teacher should be complemented for he failed to explain the funda of stars) I often wondered why humans never try to bring them down.I always dreamt one day I will take a vessel of a stars size and go there in a space ship and trap a star in the vessel and bring the star down to earth. It gave me immense pleasure to imagine the scene and my childhood innocence made me believe that one day I will .
But as I grew up and ironically chose social as a subject to teach, I realised the fall of my dreams. Even though i knew the foolishness of my dream i liked it. For it taught me impossibility should be accepted with grace. and its better we realize the reality in its own terms. And throughout life till date I always saw the way reality murdered the dreams.
And some dared to present the reality in books paintings and more often movies. Govind Nihalani made Tamas and people are shocked to see the ugly face of truth. Gulzar made Maachis and people remembered the days of trauma. Recently a journalist made Peepli Live and the country for another time discussed farmers suicides.
I have lots of examples in the pipeline. Ray, Mrinalsen, Shyam benegal ,Basu chaterjee, Ritwik Ghatak, made films to present reality by accepting its bitterness. The films never distorted the reality. they never provided solutions. often the directors accepted the truth that " bringing stars down is a impossibility" thats why these great men always vented out anger through characters ( see the character of Nasserudin shah in Aakrosh)
Dear Ram Gopal Varma : watched your Raktha Charitra 2. you does an impossibility. you murdered reality.
i don't want to discuss movie here.
What ever be the profession one should always choose between two things.
Create.
Follow.

neither sugar nor salt in this ORANGE
Greats have tried to evolve a definition for love and no one ever defined it in a universal way
love is universal but definition is highly localized.
Almost love as per the annals of Indian cinema is just like the Indian federation. The National love ( bollywood) is a way different from regional cinema.Tamil love is different from telugu and kannada is different from ............. often these loves were imported ad presented on the screen. Some times they were dubbed( maine pyar kiya, DDLJ , HAHK.....)
Folks in all these movies there is love love love and love. Love that ever ends. Love that is compared with ocean. Love is God. Love is ...............scores hundreds thousands lakhs and crores of tons of love............and the so called youth of various generations swam in this great depths of love and identified them with the romeos and juliets of the magical screen..
i should be thankful to my friend kamesh that i got a very good explanation.

My theory was even devdas may lose at a point of time alas no one told him.
this remained a doubt and i went on reading a lot of fiction as well as watched a lot of stuff to under stand but never no one tried to tell how to sustain and the secret behind the ever lasting relationships.movies like jerry maguire ----pretty woman------ghost------- have never given me a thirst quenching answer. Books like priyuralu pilichindi..... pride and prejudice... all tried to stop somewhere in the middle.
I always wondered what achieves the line "they lived happily ever"
I have become curious when i heard Orange tried to tell this. i am made to rush (despite my severe disturbances at office) hearing that the protagonist is a pioneer of true love. and nothing stopped when i read in a review that the hero concludes pure love never lasts

- I rushed to Theater pushing all my programs back with my student
- watched the movie in the floor ticket ( నేల టికెట్టు )----at 100 rs -----thanks to our multiplex culture we achieved equality rather in a variety way
- i tried to get the point in rather a forgettable 2hr 30 min ride. let me tell you -some are amazed at the grandeur of the movie----some at the innovative way of love ( some may have prayed to legalise such system)- even my student was satisfied with the directors effort( he changed his view after some clean sleep and thought).
the story:

- has to keep lying and acting to keep her happy.
- As such breaks up with her and devlops an ideology that ever lasting love is myth and .....
- -------------starts loving a girl till they develop aversion( how he knows the aversion: simple when he has to lie to her or she develops situations where he has to lie.....
the relation is over) - ------------------------he continues loving 9 girls and breaks up with them(honestly informs every girl before hand his ideology and that this is a short term relation if the girls makes him lie)

- the 10th one is our heroine------------
- our hero falls for her for the 10th time------------------
- informs her about his ideology-----------------------
- she gets shocked ------------------
- tries to avoid him but he never leaves her..........
- for the rest watch it on the screen

kalyan ram katti
i dont know what made me this film my first to put here. perhaps years back i watched "athanokkade" when iam very much uder distress. that movie introduced surender reddy to telugu screen.i thought this hero has a love for movies.so when i learnt this man is introducing aother new oe with this film i thought .....................
so heres my first post on a film which you should even need not watch on a tv roadcast-
scene 1: i love foot ball( since i can hit it with my legs)
scene 2 : i love my sister amd my family( sis is a part of family but i love her a lot)
scene 3 : i will fall on the legs of goons to protect my sister
scene 4 : i will thrash the goons for other girls( funda of a life time)
scene 5 : i love the heroine( sorry heroine loves me. dont kow why. girls are hard to understand)
scene 6 : i love the villain ( sorry my sis married him)
scene 7: i love to die and again live at the same moment
scene 8: i am god (because the villain worships my photo)
